Returns & exchanges

Refunds, exchanges and store credits are accepted on regular priced, standard in stock items within 14 days of delivery.

Please send us an email, within 2 days of receipt, to info@shibumistyle.com indicating your order number, surname, the item (s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or have store credit. You can also contact us via telephone if preferred.

All sale, made to measure or otherwise personalised items are final sale.

In stock items purchased in our Showroom or at a show are bought 'as seen' and should be checked at 'point of sale' to ensure complete satisfaction. These items are non-returnable.

Fabric samples are non-returnable.

SALE ITEMS
Please be aware that all sale items are non-refundable, but we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange for another product. If you order a product with a patterned cashmere fabric, whilst the pattern on the fabric may vary, it will always be symmetrical.

MADE TO MEASURE
All bespoke pieces are non-returnable. Bespoke measurements taken/provided are in agreement with the client and we take no responsibility for inaccuracy due to weight loss/gain. Please be aware that a second fitting may be required for full bespoke dresses. If, however, there is any issue with your order please email us at info@shibumistyle.com

MINOR ALTERATIONS
All pieces that include any minor alterations and/or personalised tweaks are non-returnable. Bespoke measurements taken/provided are in agreement with the client and we take no responsibility for inaccuracy due to weight loss/gain. MADE TO ORDER
All made to order items are non-refundable, but we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange for another product.

Once the returned package is received, the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. All returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any necessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. Shibumi is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit.
