Beat the Winter Blues With Some Self Love and Mindfulness

We all know that feeling of dread as the weather starts to get greyer, the nights get longer and it rains… All. The. Time. It can feel as though Spring will never come and it can have a profound effect on your mood and emotional health. 
Here at Shibumi, we want to try and help make the Winter feel a little brighter and we believe it is so important to take a moment away from the Christmas madness to indulge in some self-love and really take care of your own wellbeing.

Out and About…
Start the day right… It’s so important when the weather is miserable and grey to inject some colour into your wardrobe. Wearing warming colours like red and orange can really help to lift your mood.
