Job Title - Sales and Marketing for a Fashion Brand

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a small independent ethical business. We are looking for someone who is:

About the role: Working hours: 5 days a week 9.30 – 5.30, with half hour lunch break. Mon – Friday. Occasional weekend work when required for shows.

Salary: 30K per annum plus commission which can be at least 5k per year.

Your role will include but not be limited to :

General Administration and Sales

- Proficient use of Apple Mac, Microsoft Office, google docs

- Answering all customer enquiries via email and telephone

- Impeccable face to face customer service and phone etiquette

- Seeing and selling to customers in the showroom and at shows

- Styling customers so an eye for detail, style and colour is essential

- Use of Adobe Creative Suit (Photoshop/Illustrator)

- Creating sales

- Taking orders

- Arrange appointments

- Organising fashion shoots

Digital Marketing on all platforms

- Marketing strategy

- Google Analytics

- SEO

- Content writing/editing

- Website management CMS Shopify

- Creating newsletters

- Email marketing using Mailchimp

At least 5 years Administration experience (Essential)

Where will they be working:

At Shibumi office and showroom in Horsley, Gloucestershire. Shows and events when required.
