As the year comes to a close, it's a natural time for all of us to reflect on the past months and the journey we've been on. It's been another whirlwind year here at Shibumi, filled with its fair share of challenges - everything from rising material and shipping costs to the everyday hurdles that small business owners know all too well.
But despite these obstacles, we've pushed forward with dedication and a sense of purpose. One of the highlights of our year has been the addition of two wonderful new members to our team. Now, with an all female team of three, we're more energised than ever to ensure that we continue delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards.

Tania on the right has beautifully combined our Lyra Coat in Vintage Rose and our Marylin Dress in Moonstone, so delicate and feminine.

At Shibumi, it's all about colours and we love when are clients choose bright colours for very special occasion. 

 This was Sarah’s fifth Shibumi outfit and this time she has chosen our Lyra Coat in Flame. Wow!

It was a destination wedding for Corinne who wore our Nehru Coat in Brilliant Turquoise for her son's wedding at Lake Michigan.

British conductor Gavin Greenaway did us proud when he took Shibumi jacket on the sold out tour around Europe with the highly acclaimed show 'The World of Hans Zimmer'. He is wearing our Mens Nehru Jacket in Pink Jacquard.

Big congratulation to Helen Lentle Williams on receiving her OBE. Thank you for choosing a Shibumi outfit for such a special occasion. Helen has very well chosen colours to match her award! She wore our Lyra Coat in Deep Raspberry and Bardot Dress in Star.

In our spring photo competition, Kathrine was crown a winner.  She wore Shibumi to both of her daughters weddings. She wore Grace Coat in Hot Pink with Vera Dress in African Cobalt and for the second occasion on the right, she has chosen Juna Jacket in Vivid with Vera Dress in Hot Pink.

What to expect in 2025

We have lot to look forward to in 2025. At the beginning of the year we are planning to launch 11 brand new exciting fabrics!
